thin brass not welding

        My spot welder ain’t welding 0.3mm brass tabs, no bond at all. Any fixes?

          Use a 0.06-second pulse, it is gonna help brass bond.

            Brass needs low heat. Use a 0.06-second pulse, 1.5 kg pressure, and clean with alcohol and microfiber. Copper-tungsten electrodes controls better, check alignment cause tilted tips fails, and file electrodes every 50 welds. Clamp to a steel plate.
