Getting odd protig 205 on 1/8-inch 7018 electrodes — wire feed jams

        my Protig 205 on 1/8-inch 7018 electrodes jams wire feed, 22V at 160 amps, cleaned with acetone, tweaked CFH 15 to 25. Can you give me a solution to this?

          my YesWelder did this on dirty steel. Grind clean, wipe with alchohol, it helped.
