Seeing strange prime tig welder on 1/8-inch 7018 electrodes — porosity

        Hi guys, my Prime tig on 1/8-inch 7018 electrodes has porosity, 16V at 100 amps, cleaned with acetone. Can you give me a solution to this?

          tighten ground clamp, no more arc flutter.

            use fresh 1/16 tungsten, slow travel speed a bit.

              moisture got in my argon tank once, caused that.

                    Switch torch angle counterclockwise, fixed it for me.
