Trouble using tooliom 200a mig welder on 0.035-inch 4043 wire — burn-through

        Hi guys, my Tooliom 200a mig on 0.035-inch 4043 wire burns through, 22V at 160 amps, tweaked CFH 15 to 25. Can you give me a solution to this?

          Remove spool, rewind it, tension was off.

            preheat steel with propane torch, got clean bead.

              Replace liner, no more birdnesting.

                Use CK torch, arc is more focused.

                  glovs dragged torch, caused issue. Fix it.
