My Miller 211 spool gun is making weak welds with 0.030-inch wire at 20 CFH argon, and welds breaks easy. Any tips?

weak welds comes from bad prep or grounding. Clean aluminum with alcohol to remove oils, check ground clamp, And bump amps to 120 for strength. set argon to 22 CFH, and use 0.035-inch wire for thicker stuff. this boosts weld durability.

Increase voltage to 20V, it gives better penetration for stronger welds.

check polarity for better weld strength, set wire feed to 220 ipm, And clean liner regular.
