All community members, my Hobart 190 spool gun spatters bad with 0.035-inch 4043 wire at 19V, and welds looks messy. How i can avoid this problem?

lower voltage to 17V, It cuts down spatter for cleaner welds.

Spatter is from gas flow or worn parts. use anti-spatter gel on nozzle, check contact tip for wear, And set argon to 25 CFH. use 220 ipm wire feed, and clean liner with acetone. this reduces mess.

use a gas lense for better gas coverage, check polarity is set right, And clean aluminum with alcohol.
