How does miller 255 multimatic stutter?

        why’s my Miller 255 Multimatic stuttering on mig with 0.035-inch 4043 wire at 20V? it’s frustrating, any ideas?

            Clean the liner with alcohol, dirty liners cause stuttering, set Miller 255 Multimatic to 3.5 tension.
