hobart 210 mvp burns through aluminum

        Hey Folk, I am a bit confused cause my Hobart 210 MVP burns through thin aluminum with 0.035-inch wire at 22V, welds look bad. any help?

          Lower voltage to 18V on your Hobart 210 MVP, use 15 CFH argon, prevents burn-through.

            Try pulse mode on your Hobart 210 MVP, controls heat better, set wire speed to 210 ipm.

              Check the ground clamp on your Hobart 210 MVP, loose connection causes burn-through, use 0.035-inch wire.
