I’m a little bit confused cause my Primeweld TIG225X leaves porous welds on aluminum with 0.035-inch 4043 wire and 20 CFH argon, Is there any solution?

  Check for gas leaks on your Primeweld TIG225X, use 25 CFH argon, fixes porosity.

  clean aluminum with alcohol, Dirty metal causes porosity, use fresh wire for your Primeweld.
