Hi guys i am annoyed cause my YesWelder MIG-205DS wire feed stops mid-weld with 0.030-inch wire, And it just halts. What is the fix?

Check motor voltage with a multimeter, my YesWelder feeds fine after tweaking it.

Swap to new feed rollers, They is more reliable.

Feed stopping is cause of bad tension. Adjust roller pressure for smooth flow, my wire feeds perfect now. Check liner for clogs, Use 0.030-inch ER70S-6 wire, And clean with alcohol. Lube the liner too.

Replace the liner if it is worn, Mine stopped halting after I swapped it.
