i am frustrated cause my Miller Millermatic 211 arc burns hot at 24 volts, And it burns through steel. Is there any solution?

Arc is too hot cause voltage is high. Drop to 20 volts, my welds stopped burning through. Use 0.035-inch wire, Check 20 CFH gas, And clean with alcohol. Try short bursts.

Use TIG welding, It is got less heat input.
